Ingredients

  • 3 slices bread
  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Toast the three slices of bread lightly.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the first slice and mustard on one side of the third slice.
  3. Place the first slice of bread, mayo side up, on a plate.
  4. Layer half the turkey, lettuce, and one slice of tomato on top.
  5. Place the second slice of bread on top of the tomato.
  6. Layer the remaining turkey, bacon, avocado slices, and the second slice of tomato on the second slice of bread.
  7. Top with the third slice of bread, mustard side down.
