A simple recipe for a classic club sandwich featuring turkey and avocado.
Ingredients

- 3 slices bread
- 4 oz sliced turkey breast
- 2 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
- Toast the three slices of bread lightly.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of the first slice and mustard on one side of the third slice.
- Place the first slice of bread, mayo side up, on a plate.
- Layer half the turkey, lettuce, and one slice of tomato on top.
- Place the second slice of bread on top of the tomato.
- Layer the remaining turkey, bacon, avocado slices, and the second slice of tomato on the second slice of bread.
- Top with the third slice of bread, mustard side down.
- Secure the sandwich with toothpicks if desired, then cut into quarters.
