Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher. Discard the pulp.
  3. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the oat milk.
  4. Whisk or blend briefly until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Chill before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  • Shake well before each use as separation may occur.
