A potent and fruity tiki cocktail featuring multiple types of rum and tropical juices.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 ounces light rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces gold rum
  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 1/2 ounce 151-proof rum
  • 1 ounce apricot brandy
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce papaya nectar
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1/2 ounce grenadine
  • Absinthe rinse (optional)
  • Pineapple slice, for garnish
  • Cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. If using, rinse a tall glass with absinthe and discard excess.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add all ingredients except the 151-proof rum to a shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well until chilled.
  5. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  6. Float the 151-proof rum on top.
  7. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
