Description
A classic Whiskey Sour with a touch of sweetness and citrus.
Ingredients

- 2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Egg White (optional)
- Angostura Bitters (for garnish)
- Cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Add a dash of Angostura bitters on top.
- Garnish with a cherry.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, increase simple syrup.
- For a tarter drink, decrease simple syrup or increase lemon juice.
