A refreshing and easy-to-make watermelon and mint drink perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar (optional)
- 1 cup cold water or sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine watermelon, mint leaves, lime juice, and sweetener (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp, if desired.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
- Top with cold water or sparkling water.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of watermelon.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- For a slushy consistency, freeze the watermelon cubes before blending.
- Add a splash of rum or vodka for an adult version.
