Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup water (optional, for thinner consistency)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine watermelon, ginger, and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If you prefer a thinner drink, add water and blend again.
- Pour over ice and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, add a touch of honey or agave nectar.
- Garnish with a mint sprig if desired.
