Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar (optional)
- 1 cup water or sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Place watermelon cubes, lime juice, and honey (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
- Stir in water or sparkling water.
- Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- For a boozy version, add a shot of vodka or white rum.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
