Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place cubed watermelon in a blender.
- Add water, lime juice, and honey (if using).
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
- Serve over ice cubes.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your liking.
- For a fizzy drink, use sparkling water instead of still water.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
