- 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1/2 cup vodka or white rum
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Place the cubed watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
- Add the vodka or rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to the pitcher. Stir well.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Pour the watermelon mixture over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the alcohol and add a splash of sparkling water or soda.
- Adjust the amount of simple syrup based on the sweetness of your watermelon.
