- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine berries, yogurt, milk, basil leaves, and sweetener (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired thickness is reached.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sweetener to your preference.
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen berries or add more ice.
