A refreshing sparkling raspberry lemonade perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and 1 cup of water.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves and raspberries soften.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding solids.
- In a pitcher, combine the raspberry syrup and lemon juice.
- Add sparkling water and stir gently.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour lemonade over ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to your taste.
- You can use frozen raspberries if fresh are not available.
- For a stronger raspberry flavor, use more raspberries.
