Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: Honey or maple syrup to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk.
- Taste and add sweetener if desired.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

- For a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk or add more frozen fruit.
