Description
Simple wraps using tuna salad and nori sheets for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 can (5 ounces) tuna in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed sheets)
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay one sheet of nori flat on a clean surface.
- Spread about one-quarter of the tuna salad mixture in a line across the bottom third of the nori sheet.
- Place a small amount of shredded lettuce over the tuna mixture.
- Starting from the bottom edge, tightly roll the nori sheet upwards, tucking in the sides as you roll.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make three more wraps.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lower fat option.
- Add a dash of hot sauce to the tuna mixture for spice.
