A simple, refreshing smoothie made with pineapple and coconut flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 1/4 cup water or juice
- 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Place the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, water or juice, shredded coconut, and lime juice (if using) into a blender.
- Secure the lid on the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Add a splash more liquid if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use frozen coconut milk cubes instead of liquid coconut milk.
- Add a scoop of protein powder for added nutrition.
