Ingredients

  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 1/2 ounce orange curaçao
  • 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the dark rum in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Float the dark rum on top.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
