Description
A classic tropical cocktail with rum and orange curaçao.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1/2 ounce orange curaçao
- 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
- 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the dark rum in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Float the dark rum on top.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less orgeat syrup.
- Use high-quality rums for the best flavor.
