- 1 pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Stretch or roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion, and black olives on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- For a crispier crust, bake directly on the oven rack.
