Instructions

  2. Dry the rinsed chickpeas thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Remove any loose skins.
  3. In a medium bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
