A simple recipe for cheesy kale garlic bread.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped kale
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle the chopped kale over the buttered bread.
- Top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the bread halves on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
- If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can use 1 teaspoon of dried parsley.
