Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  4. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped kale over the buttered bread.
  6. Top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
  • If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can use 1 teaspoon of dried parsley.
