A warm and inviting spiced chai punch perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings.
Ingredients

- 8 cups strong brewed chai tea
- 4 cups apple cider
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 star anise
- 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
- Orange slices, for garnish
- Cranberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Brew strong chai tea and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain out tea leaves.
- In a large pot, combine brewed chai tea, apple cider, cranberry juice, orange juice, and lemon juice.
- Add maple syrup if using, cinnamon stick, star anise, and whole cloves.
- Heat the mixture gently over medium heat. Do not boil.
- Simmer for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the spices to infuse.
- Remove from heat. Discard cinnamon stick, star anise, and cloves.
- Serve warm, garnished with orange slices and cranberries.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, ensure all juices are non-alcoholic.
- Adjust sweetness with maple syrup or honey as needed.
- Can be made ahead and reheated gently before serving.
