  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 cups white grape juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place peach halves cut-side down on a baking sheet. Drizzle with honey and lemon juice.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
  4. Let the peaches cool slightly, then scoop the roasted flesh into a blender. Puree until smooth.
  5. In a large punch bowl, combine the peach puree, white grape juice, ginger ale, cranberry juice, and orange juice.
  6. Stir well to combine.
  7. Add ice cubes to the punch bowl.
