A delightful and festive punch made with roasted peaches, perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings.

- 2 lbs ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 cups white grape juice
- 2 cups ginger ale
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place peach halves cut-side down on a baking sheet. Drizzle with honey and lemon juice.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Let the peaches cool slightly, then scoop the roasted flesh into a blender. Puree until smooth.
- In a large punch bowl, combine the peach puree, white grape juice, ginger ale, cranberry juice, and orange juice.
- Stir well to combine.
- Add ice cubes to the punch bowl.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger peach flavor, roast the peaches longer.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- You can add a splash of bourbon for an adult version.
