Ingredients

  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 liter ginger ale, chilled
  • Orange slices, for garnish
  • Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, whisk together apple cider, pineapple juice, pumpkin puree, lemon juice, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  3. Just before serving, gently stir in the chilled ginger ale.
  4. Garnish with orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
  5. Ladle into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For an alcoholic version, add 1-2 cups of spiced rum or bourbon.
