A festive and flavorful punch perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 liter ginger ale, chilled
- Orange slices, for garnish
- Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, whisk together apple cider, pineapple juice, pumpkin puree, lemon juice, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
- Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Just before serving, gently stir in the chilled ginger ale.
- Garnish with orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
- Ladle into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For an alcoholic version, add 1-2 cups of spiced rum or bourbon.
- You can make the base mixture a day in advance.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
