- 500 ml sparkling water or club soda
- 10–12 fresh mint leaves

Instructions
- Gently muddle the mint leaves and rosemary sprigs in a pitcher to release their aromas.
- Add the orange juice to the pitcher.
- Stir in the sliced oranges.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add ice cubes to the pitcher.
- Pour in the sparkling water or club soda and stir gently.
- Serve immediately in glasses, ensuring each glass gets some of the herb sprigs and orange slices.
