- 3 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
- 2 oz Sparkling Water

Instructions
- Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a salt or sugar-rimmed glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a rosemary sprig.
Notes
- For a salt rim, rub a grapefruit wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it in coarse salt.
- Adjust agave nectar to your sweetness preference.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the tequila and use extra sparkling water or grapefruit soda.
