A refreshing and festive drink perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings, featuring the tartness of cranberries and the aromatic essence of rosemary.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar, or to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Sparkling water or club soda, for topping
- Fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry juice, water, rosemary sprigs, and sugar.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and let the rosemary steep for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove rosemary sprigs. Discard rosemary.
- Stir in the lemon juice.
- Chill the mixture thoroughly in the refrigerator.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice. Pour the cranberry-rosemary mixture about two-thirds full.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to your preferred sweetness.
- For a stronger rosemary flavor, let it steep longer.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
