Instructions
- Combine whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup, cinnamon syrup, and egg white (if using) in a shaker without ice.
- Dry shake for 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
