Ingredients

- 2 oz Bourbon
- 4 oz Hot Water
- 1 oz Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and water)
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 Chai Tea Bags
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Star Anise Pods
- 1 Orange Slice, for garnish
Instructions
- In a mug, combine the hot water, honey syrup, lemon juice, chai tea bags, cinnamon stick, and star anise pods.
- Let the tea steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags.
- Add the bourbon to the mug.
- Stir well.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can simmer the chai tea, cinnamon, and star anise in the water for a few minutes before adding other ingredients.
- Adjust honey and lemon to your taste.
