- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or ginger ale
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Optional garnishes: apple slices, cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- In a glass, combine apple cider, caramel sauce, and lemon juice. Stir well until the caramel sauce is mostly dissolved.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top with sparkling water or ginger ale.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top.
- Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick, if desired.
Notes
- For a richer caramel flavor, warm the caramel sauce slightly before mixing.
- Adjust the sweetness by using more or less caramel sauce.
- If you don’t have lemon juice, a splash of apple cider vinegar can add a similar tang.
