- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup brandy or applejack
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Triple Sec or Grand Marnier)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4–5 whole cloves
- Sparkling water or ginger ale (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, apple cider, brandy, and orange liqueur.
- Add the sliced orange, sliced apple, cinnamon stick, and cloves to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, remove the cinnamon stick and cloves if desired.
- Pour the sangria into wine glasses filled with ice.
- Top with a splash of sparkling water or ginger ale for extra fizz, if you like.

- For a less alcoholic version, you can reduce the amount of brandy or orange liqueur.
