Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until just combined.
  5. In small glasses or jars, layer the ingredients: start with a layer of graham cracker crumbs, then a layer of the lime mixture, followed by a sprinkle of toasted coconut.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, ending with the lime mixture.
  7. Chill the parfaits for at least 2 hours.
  8. Garnish with a lime slice before serving.
