Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce (like Sriracha)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into uniform wedges. Do not peel them.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through.
- While the wedges bake, whisk together the honey, chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a small bowl to make the glaze.
- Remove the wedges from the oven. Brush half of the glaze over the hot wedges.
- Return the wedges to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, toss with the remaining glaze, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying them thoroughly.
- Adjust the amount of chili sauce based on your preferred heat level.
