Ingredients

- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine, chilled
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 2 cups chopped fresh fruit (such as oranges, lemons, limes, berries, peaches, and apples)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda, chilled
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the chilled white wine, brandy, and orange liqueur.
- Add the chopped fresh fruit to the pitcher.
- Stir in the simple syrup, if using, adjusting the sweetness to your preference.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours to allow the flavors to meld. For best results, chill overnight.
- Just before serving, add the chilled sparkling water or club soda to the pitcher.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Serve the sangria over ice in glasses, making sure to include some of the fruit in each glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
