  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 2 cups chopped fresh fruit (such as oranges, lemons, limes, berries, peaches, and apples)
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the chilled white wine, brandy, and orange liqueur.
  2. Add the chopped fresh fruit to the pitcher.
  3. Stir in the simple syrup, if using, adjusting the sweetness to your preference.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours to allow the flavors to meld. For best results, chill overnight.
  5. Just before serving, add the chilled sparkling water or club soda to the pitcher.
  6. Gently stir to combine.
  7. Serve the sangria over ice in glasses, making sure to include some of the fruit in each glass.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
