Description
This white sangria is a refreshing and fruity drink, perfect for a summer party. It features a blend of white wine, tropical fruits, and a hint of citrus.

- 1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 1/4 cup Cointreau or other orange liqueur
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (or to taste)
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 cup sliced kiwi
- 1 cup sliced star fruit
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, white rum, Cointreau, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
- Add the chopped pineapple, sliced kiwi, and sliced star fruit to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to incorporate the fruit.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, stir the sangria again.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- For a sparkling sangria, add a splash of club soda or sparkling water just before serving.
- Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less simple syrup.
- Any combination of tropical fruits can be used, such as mango, passion fruit, or papaya.
