Description
This rum and guava cooler is a refreshing and tropical drink, perfect for summer parties. It’s easy to make and can be scaled up for larger gatherings.

- 2 oz white rum
- 4 oz guava nectar
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 2–3 mint leaves
- Ice
- Sparkling water or club soda, to top
- Lime slices or mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- In a glass, gently muddle the mint leaves.
- Add the white rum, guava nectar, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using) to the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnish with a lime slice or a fresh mint sprig.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice until smooth.
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less simple syrup.
- You can use pink guava nectar for a more vibrant color.
- Consider making a large batch in a pitcher for parties.
