Ingredients

- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for desired consistency)
Instructions
- Combine frozen peaches, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk.
- If you prefer a colder or thinner smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For an extra tropical flavor, add a slice of fresh pineapple.
- Garnish with a peach slice or shredded coconut.
- This recipe can be doubled for a larger batch.
