- 4 cups cantaloupe, cubed and frozen
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 cup water or coconut water
Instructions
- Combine frozen cantaloupe, mint leaves, lime juice, and honey (if using) in a blender.
- Pour in water or coconut water.
- Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker shake, use less liquid.
- Adjust honey to your sweetness preference.
