Ingredients

- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Cucumber slices for garnish
Instructions
- Combine chopped kiwi, chopped cucumber, fresh lime juice, honey or agave nectar, and cold water in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the kiwi cucumber mixture over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and a cucumber slice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
