- 6 hibiscus tea bags
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 orange, sliced for garnish
- 1 lime, sliced for garnish
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Place hibiscus tea bags in a heatproof pitcher. Pour 4 cups of boiling water over the tea bags. Let steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove tea bags, squeezing out any excess liquid. Stir in granulated sugar until dissolved.
- Add 2 cups of cold water, fresh orange juice, and fresh lime juice to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
- Refrigerate the punch for at least 1 hour, or until thoroughly chilled.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the chilled hibiscus punch over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with orange slices, lime slices, and fresh mint sprigs.
Notes
- For a stronger hibiscus flavor, steep the tea bags for a longer duration.
- Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste preference.
