Description
This refreshing ginger peach iced tea mocktail is perfect for summer parties. It’s easy to make and a crowd-pleaser.

- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 piece (2-inch) fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
- 8 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 1/2 cup honey or to taste
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
- Peach slices for garnish
Instructions
- Combine peaches, ginger, and water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until peaches are soft.
- Remove from heat. Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and ginger slices. Mash peaches lightly with a spoon.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing down on the solids to extract all the liquid.
- Stir in honey until dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 2 hours.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour in the chilled ginger peach iced tea.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and peach slices.
Notes
- For a stronger ginger flavor, add more ginger slices.
- You can use green tea bags instead of black tea for a lighter flavor.
- Store leftover iced tea in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
