A refreshing frozen lemon blueberry slush, perfect for summer parties.
Ingredients

- 4 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Combine frozen blueberries, fresh lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cold water in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and slushy consistency.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour the slush into individual glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter slush, add more sugar to taste.
- For a tarter slush, reduce the sugar amount.
- This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled for larger gatherings.
- Store any leftover slush in the freezer for up to 2 days; it may need re-blending before serving.
