Description
A refreshing and light cucumber mint gimlet, perfect for summer parties.
Ingredients

- 2 oz gin
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
- 3–4 slices English cucumber
- 5–6 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves with the simple syrup.
- Add the gin and fresh lime juice to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Double strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon or a sprig of mint.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a thin slice of jalapeño to the muddle.
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less simple syrup.
- Use high-quality gin for the best flavor.
