- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
- Mango slices for garnish
Instructions
- Combine diced mango, coconut milk, coconut water, lime juice, and honey (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the mango mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and mango slices.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thinner consistency, add more coconut water.
- For a colder drink, chill all ingredients before blending.
