A refreshing and light agua fresca perfect for summer, combining the sweetness of kiwi with the coolness of cucumber.
Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 2 cups peeled and chopped cucumber
- 2 cups peeled and chopped kiwi
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup agave nectar (or to taste)
- Ice
Instructions
- Combine water, cucumber, kiwi, lime juice, and agave nectar in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher. Discard solids.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- Adjust agave nectar to your desired sweetness.
- For a thicker drink, use less water.
