Description

A refreshing cocktail combining strawberries, pomegranate, mint, and lime.


Ingredients

  • 2 ounces white rum
  • Club soda, to top

Instructions

  1. Place mint leaves, sliced strawberries, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and sugar in a sturdy glass.
  2. Gently muddle the ingredients to release the mint oils and strawberry juice. Do not over-muddle the mint.
  3. Add the white rum and fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Top the mixture with club soda.
  5. Stir briefly to combine all ingredients.
  6. Garnish with a strawberry slice or a mint sprig before serving.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the white rum and increase the club soda slightly.
