Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a jar or bowl.
- Stir well to prevent clumping.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the mixture thickens.
- Stir the pudding again before serving.
- Top with chopped fresh strawberries.
Notes
- You can blend half the strawberries into the pudding mixture for a pink color.
