Description
A refreshing and festive punch featuring strawberries, champagne, and vodka.
Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 bottle (750ml) chilled brut champagne
- 1 cup chilled vodka
- 1 liter chilled club soda or sparkling water
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the hulled and quartered strawberries and granulated sugar.
- Blend until smooth and pureed.
- Strain the strawberry puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a large punch bowl or pitcher to remove seeds.
- Add the chilled champagne, chilled vodka, and chilled club soda or sparkling water to the punch bowl.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Serve immediately over ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of sugar to your preference.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the champagne and vodka and use more sparkling water or lemon-lime soda.
- You can make the strawberry puree ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
