Description
A refreshing and floral mocktail with strawberry and chamomile.
Ingredients

- 3 strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or simple syrup
- Sparkling water or club soda, to top
- Ice
Instructions
- Place strawberries in a glass and muddle gently.
- Steep chamomile tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes. Discard tea bag and let tea cool.
- Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave nectar to the glass with the strawberries.
- Pour in cooled chamomile tea.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Stir gently and serve.
Notes
- Adjust sweetener to your taste.
- For a stronger chamomile flavor, steep the tea longer.
- Garnish with a strawberry slice or a sprig of mint.
