Description
A refreshing margarita with the sweet taste of strawberries and the aromatic hint of basil.
Ingredients

- 2 oz Tequila Blanco
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Strawberry Syrup
- 5–6 Fresh Basil Leaves
- Fresh Strawberries for garnish
- Ice
- Salt for rim (optional)
Instructions
- If desired, rim a glass with salt.
- Muddle the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker.
- Add tequila, lime juice, and strawberry syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and a basil leaf.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less strawberry syrup.
- Use ripe, fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
