Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana, ripe
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, banana, protein powder, and milk in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust milk quantity for desired thickness.
- You can add a tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds for extra fiber.
- For a sweeter shake, add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
