A refreshing and vibrant sparkling drink with raspberry and hibiscus flavors, perfect for a spring garden setting.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- Fresh mint springs, for garnish
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine raspberries, hibiscus flowers, and water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract all the liquid.
- Discard the solids.
- Stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Let the hibiscus raspberry syrup cool completely.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Add about 1/4 cup of the hibiscus raspberry syrup to each glass.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Garnish with fresh mint springs and lemon slices.
- Stir gently and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference.
- You can make a larger batch of syrup and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- For a stronger hibiscus flavor, use more dried flowers or steep for a longer time.
