Ingredients

- 2 cups milk
- 2 chai tea bags
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup dark rum
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until simmering. Do not boil.
- Add the chai tea bags to the milk and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and discard.
- Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
- Add the dark rum and stir to combine.
- Pour into mugs and serve warm.
